The more bacteria in your workspace, the more likely you are to get sick, so keep food sealed. Once a week, wipe down your desk, phone, and keyboard with a disinfectant.

Cooking time

For rare: cook 2 minutes in both side

Medium: 3 minutes in both side

Well done: 4 minutes in both side

Herbed butte: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into a log and chill until ready to use. Serve lamb chops with a slice of herbed butter.
