Our feet needs to be pampered just like the rest of our body. Here is how to make sure they are not left unattended.

1You have to have a pedicure twice a month to trim nails ,shape and color as well to make your toenails look beautiful.A foot scrub will then remove all the dead skin at the bottom cause from walking.

2 At night before going to bed, after washing your feet apply petroleum jelly or any rich skin lubricating lotion.Then cover your feet with socks so the moisture penetrate to the skin and you will wake up soft and happy toes in the morning.

3The feet need fresh air,do not use close shoes everyday make a one day interval of using open toe shoes but if it is against the dress code in the office then pull off shoes during lunch break.
