Grape is a vine plant, grow vastly in Europe and America. It is also planted in Asia. Its fruits are in clusters. It has a taste little sour and sweet. Grape has two variety the seeds and seedless and has two colors the green and purple, whichever you want to eat all are equally delicious and nutritious as well.

In France where lots of finest wine comes from, wide grape plantations were cultivated long ago, and still existing today for its purpose. They had a vineyard in a chalk mountain. The said mountain produces the best quality of grape fruit for making best quality of wine. Red wine and white wine are products made from grapes. Both red and white wine are good for digestion. Red wine has antioxidant property that prevent heart ailment.

Grapes can be eaten as dessert or to quench thirst.Aside from the fact this is equally yummy as the wine. The skin of the fruit contains a compound called reservatol. This active compound is known for cancer prevention. They also called this the French paradox, because French people have low incidence of cancer.

Filipino people don’t eat this fruit often, not because we do not like the taste, but because it is expensive. Most of our grape fruits are imported, that is why most of us here can’t hardly afford to buy. Though the plant is adoptable to any climate the cultivating input is high. The reason why grape farmers diverse into other crops instead. But next time you will see grapes and grape product in the grocery store, do not look at the price just add it in your cart and think of the benefits you and your family can have.

China was badly hit by an earthquake last Monday. The earthquake which measured 7.9 in a Richter scale has its epicenter in Mianyang city causing lots of damage in property. Mianyang has death counts of 3000 but 18000 were buried alive and were not yet been retrieve as of this moment due to its heavy rains keep pouring down. The death toll numbered to 12000 people. In Sichuan city farms ,buildings and roads were also destroyed.

The UN send 40000 troops to the place for rescue operation. But due to the bad weather and heavy rain rescue is not easy. According to CNN death might rise up because the temperature goes down to 20 degree celcius. In Mianyang street lamps were turn on but lights on the buildings who was not collapsed are still off. Street lights were on to lessen the fright of the survivors.

Chinese governments says, they welcome aid in form of money and supplies but they cannot entertain personnel aid.This quake is the deadliest in thirty years. The last quake that hits the country was in 1933 and its death toll were 8000 and it was a 7.5 magnitude earthquake.

My time piece read as 3;00 in the afternoon, time for me to buy snacks for my kids. Then I command them to buy bread as well as soft drinks.Everybody are enjoying his portion. The soft drinks that the children buy is ice cold, that quenches our thirst. I clean our mess and throw the garbage in the plastic bag.But I kept the the bottle cap of the soft drinks.

My daughter then asked me why then I told her that ;this might be a help to anybody in the future. My daughter did not understand me. So I started to narrate to them what is the bottle cap that I have to keep them. Week ago I watched television on the channel feed by cable. It was about an Indonesian inventor.

He collected aluminum tin cans of any drinks,the top caps of battery and any aluminum scrap of any sizes. Mostly this things are recycled, made into a new cooking utensils such as, baking dishes ,drinking cups, kettle as well as basin and more. But this gifted inventor don’t recycled these aluminum scrap as of the others. He made them into something that gives hope to those who have problem worst than any material needs.

A man made the scrap aluminum into an artificial legs. An invention that makes anybody who was at birth has one leg or no legs at all. Or anybody who losses it after an accident. Or whose leg was amputated because of diabetes. Whichever of the three, is the reason this individual has the problem of walking . This intelligent man gifted by God, make a difference in their lives. He made this meaningless garbage into a meaningful ray of hope to those who suffered so much in their fate. That is why the next time you will see aluminum it maybe a cap or cans of your soft drinks think, that this scrap will become a leg or a pair of legs for those who doesn’t have. My daughter say, ah!I see.

Our country Philippine are overly populated. On the national statistic record of 2007 the population counts was 90 million ,and it reaches to 91 million. This only mean a million is added in one year time. This growth rate is not so fast,because women her are practicing family planning by limiting their number of children.

Couples here were encourage to attend seminar on how to plan a family.In one week seminar every kind of artificial contraceptives are introduce. Pills, condoms, iud,and injectable,tubal ligation,vasectomy, and the natural method. Government even alloted budget for the program.
Parents who used pills, condoms,iud, ligation, vasectomy, injectable, have less children . Lesser are two and the most have five.Compared to those who don’t use any,the lesser are five the most are sometime are more than ten. This really a big help, couples have a choice on what number of children they want to make.

God really gave the intellect’s to a person who discover the formula of making contraceptives. These stuff really minimize the rapid growth of Filipino population. Saving the country of producing more under nourish, unschooled and street children.
But the stand of the catholic church here is condemning the used of artificial contraceptives. The leader of said congregation boldly declare , that using the stuff is against the will of God. It is often times tackle during sermon. Accordingly this will also lower down the morality of the youth as they tend to practice premarital sex without fear of getting pregnant. This claim is clearly denial to what is real.At this point of time where pirated dvd and cd tapes readily available in any urban street in the Philippine, no question if it suit for the young audience. Of course the young can have all the for adult tapes they wish to watch .

Now if we are going to tell our young adult that practicing safe sex is sin.The youngster will be in a mess as they are the one vulnerable. If this people got into trouble of unwanted pregnancy they tend to run away from the scene. As we can see lots in the news headlines fetus found in a garbage bin. Fetus wrap in a plastic bag thrown in the river or in canal. This is factual we just can not close our eyes and claim that this contraceptives are sin. All of the contraceptives are big help to minimize the misery of any human being made untimely by irresponsible individual. This is a big challenge to the church.
