Based on my experience, gaining weight is easier than losing it. It’s so easy to eat many than to eat less. This is my problem for years now. I don’t know if I can still get this out of my system. I have the urge to trim down, but I am the worst enemy of myself. Yes, I tried using fat burner, but I eat a lot afterward, I mean really lots of food because I feel really empty and hungry. I really need to do something about this as I feel symptoms of high-blood. Hopefully it’s just false alarm. I am afraid to go to a doctor, I might get bad results on this one.
