Tips to a strong and lasting relationship

tips-to-a-strong-and-lasting-relationshipNo one knows more about how to create a success marriage than those who live it every day. So, here are some tips to leave happily ever after:

  • Be your ideal spouse If someone ask you what you wanted from your partner, you’d quickly rattle off a long list of qualities. But a great relationship starts with you, instead of criticizing your partner; just ask yourself “what can I do differently?” or “What am I doing that is upsetting him?” Once you commit to improving you, you’ll notice a difference in your relationship – and you’ll be motivated to improve even more.
  • Think before you speak When you’re angry, just say to your partner “Don’t talk to me. I’m busy counting to 100”. Counting prevents fights from escalating because by the time you done, you either forget why you’re mad or you realize that what you’re angry for is unimportant.
  • Ask for what you need instead of complaining about what is wrong If something bothers you, it’s better to get it off your chest rather than fume. But there’s a big difference between “We never go out to dinner” and “I’d like to go out for dinner”. Asking sets a positive tone, and is more likely to get results.
  • Make your marriage a lifelong courtship Just because the honeymoon ends doesn’t mean the romance has stop. You should still hold hands, make love, and go outdoor together. Make relationship happier than you meet the 1st time.

I love blogging!

i-love-bloggingI really love blogging. Although it gives me headache and drowsiness after my session due to my eyes, I really love checking other sites of people and reading their experiences. I got a chance to connect with them even in virtual world. Well, the last post I read this time is about her experience in San Diego California hotel. I feel envious the way she delivers it and the fact that the author is a well travel woman.

Based on my own research, San Diego has several attractions such as San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld San Diego Marine Park and the San Diego Convention Center and so much more. Plus, the place is also a great seaside destination with a number of water activities tourist can do. Hmmm, I know its different thing when it is experienced. I should dream of it.

little chitchat with my old time friend

Last Friday upon doing some errands, I saw one of my girlfriends. She looked so successful, so nice and so pretty despite our age. She invited me for a snack and for a little chitchat. That would be great! She is my friend way back 30 years or more, but I haven’t heard from her after our college days.

little-chitchat-with-my-old-time-friendHer daughter is working in there as a nurse and was able to acquire a home in France after marrying a local. Well, she just came from a travel to France courtesy of her daughter of course. She specifically stayed at holiday homes in Agen. She doesn’t want to disturb her daughter’s family life. So, she decided to stay in other place together with her youngest son.

She narrates that she has a great experience during her stay in France. She even added that it is a beautiful and refreshing place away from her usual city life. She keeps the Agen travel information in her wallet and gave me a copy. Well, she even invited me that if I opt to visit the place, I should call her she knows which place to stay.

primary-factors-for-couples-ability-to-conceiveSperm count. The semen is checked for sperm count, motility and morphology. For total count, there should be 20 million sperm per milliliter. If sperm motility or movement is slow not in a straight line or both, this poses a problem. If less than 40 percent of sperm are able to move in a straight line, this is considered abnormal. Morphology refers to shape: 30 percent of the total sperm should have a tapered head and single tail.

Cervix Must be able to ensure the passage of sperm to the uterus. The condition of the cervix can be gauged with a Pap smear. Any cysts on the cervix can be removed.

Uterus Check the condition of the uterus with an ultrasound. Any cysts on the uterus can be removed.
Fallopian Tubes A hysterogram is performed to make sure fallopian tubes are not blocked. This is done by injecting dye and tracing whether there is a spillage of dye to visualize the tubes. An operation may be performed to remove any blockage. Tubal ligation reversal is also possible.

Ovaries Do your ovaries release eggs? If the problem lies in the number of eggs you release, your Ob-Gyne may just prescribe fertility drugs for you to take orally. The most common is Clomid, or clomiphene citrate, which stimulates your ovaries to produce egg cells.

life is full of mystery

life-is-full-of-mysteryOur life is full of mystery. Even death is a mystery but it is inevitable. All of us will die in our rightful time. However, this part is not just painful; it is also a transition phase for our loved ones. The people we left behind will carry financial burden of our death or even the medical expense we incur. Good if you are prepared and have lots of money. However, if you are an ordinary person with no humongous wealth, it will be a big problem.

Insurance can save the family when we will leave the world by surprise. It can pay several expenses depending on the coverage. It can even give financial support during the transition phase when you are the one earning for the whole family.

So, when you are still young and able to get yourself term insurance quotes. Get the right amount that fits your need and see if you can insert it to your budget. But, if you think it’s rather a burden then create a budgeting plan that includes all expenses every month. Then, check if you can adjust on some items since you will a new entry. Well, I bet a little sacrifice today will give financial stability when it is really needed.

feeling left behind

feeling-left-behindI have been a plain housewife for about 28 years now. And that period of time I have been confined in the house and secluded from the rest of the world. Although I go out sometimes to do errands, I feel like the world has left me behind. However, when my daughter introduced me to the blogging world, things changed. I started to interact with people and learn new things. Now I understand what is the purpose and use of flash memory drives and other items I found in the house without truly knowing its purpose. Thanks to the informative blogs and sites I read almost every day, I am beginning to cope up with changes brought by technology.
