At the age of 75, I decided to take my mother home. I haven’t had any second thoughts on this decision. I thought bringing her at home will make her life much better. I can give her the right food for nutrients, seat lifts since she already needs assistance in getting up. I wouldn’t mind buying her everything she needs. It’s enough for me to know that she is in the right hand.

Everything went well for the first two weeks. However, my city kind of lifestyle and her country lifestyle doesn’t seem to work. My kids tried to adjust with her, but of course there are lapses especially in terms on food. I will not elaborate on that. The problem now is with her. She wants to go back to her home with my younger sister and live the kind of lifestyle she used to live. Even though it’s against my will, I have to send her back. This is the only way I can make her happy.
