After the Holy week, it is the official summer holidays here in the Philippines. I am wandering around the web looking for great spots worth looking for. That is aside from the tourist spots in my country, of course. Actually it is from this search where I learned about the several Pigeon Forge hotels in Tennessee.

Accordingly, Pigeon Forge is the perfect place for all leisure travelers that offer something for everyone in the family. It has a number of attractions namely Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dinosaur Walk Museum, Dollywood’s Splash Country and so much more. I think this is something worth looking. Well, this is just one of my discoveries in the web, there is much more to this.

Pregnant women who are 35 or older face some special risk, but many of these risks can be managed effectively with good prenatal care. It is especially important for women over age 35 to follow the basic rules for a healthy pregnancy:

• Plan pregnancy by seeing a health care provider before you conceive.
• Take a multivitamins containing 400 micrograms of folic acid daily before you become pregnant, and through the first month of pregnancy to help prevent birth defects.
• Get early and regular prenatal care.
• Eat a well balance diet. Begin pregnancy at a healthy weight (not to heavy or too thin).
• Don’t smoke or drink before and during pregnancy. Avoid second hand smoke.
• Don’t use any drug, even over-the-counter medications or herbal preparations, unless recommended by a health care provider who knows you are pregnant.

I think there is no hope for my superb weight. My kids keep on telling me to go on exercise and diet. But, my housewife roles consume most of my time. And the time left for me is going to sleep due to my tiredness. The last conversation I have with my eldest daughter is weight loss products. She offered me atro phex. She will pay for everything that means I get to have free products. Yepey! I really love her, but I don’t know if she will really give it to me. I’d better not expect until I get it.

When I was a kid, I have fascination with books, magazines and comics. Most of my time is spent on reading rather than playing. Since I don’t have money during those times, almost all the books I read were rented. I have known of a woman who lets her reading material rented out for a cents that’s way back 1970s. So paying cents is really huge for me. Before going home from school, I always pass by her house and read for three to four hours depending on the material. That goes on until I reached high school.

I am just reminded of my days after going to a bookshop yesterday for my youngest books. Actually, it is summer already and he no longer has school. But, I want to give my little boy some captivating reading materials. He doesn’t love books, but I am still persistent. He doesn’t like school either. But, who knows he might like the kiddy book I bought yesterday. He is still asleep I will just give it to him when he wakes up. If I only have money when I was a child, I could have a collection of books. Sometimes I hate my kid when he has the resources to read and he doesn’t like it. When I was a child I never had it. They are lucky for having good books.
