In my mind, I thought there is no way I can slim down. I have been this big like forever. Okay the first time I started to gain much weight is when I give birth to my second child. And it increases over the years. For twenty years or so, I have been carrying my current weight. I think there is no way to get rid of this. But, my mindset changes after reading Slimquick Cleanse review. I guess big folk like me still has a chance to trim down. I am not looking for miracles to look like FHM models or something like that. All I want is to have a healthy looking body. I hope that it will be soon. I am hoping that I will not forget about that.
