My third child teases me for binge eating. I am actually aware of that. I want to lose weight because I feel symptoms of high blood pressure. However, every time I tried to control my diet, it doesn’t seem to work. My appetite is not curbing at all. I am still eating a lot of food and it hurts to see that I am jeopardizing my weight loss goal.
One of my friends introduced me to phentermine. Of course, she says lots of things about it. But, I have to do my own research besides it my own body that I will risks. It’s actually recognized as one of the most effective weight loss treatments on the market. It’s a prescription appetite suppressant available only with a doctor’s note. It gained bad reputation because of its several side effects and health concerns due to it powerful ingredients. Good thing is that there are a number of safer alternatives available in the markets these days. One of this could be what I need.

Hi there – I was interested in the comment about trying to control your diet and your appetite not reducing at all. You might be interested to learn about research that shows that dieting by food restriction can lead to eating disorder symptoms – google for ‘Ancel Keys’ study or ‘Herman & Polivy’. Sorry if Im saying what you already know, but it seems the harder we focus upon weight and dieting, the worse things can become. It is easy to get stuck in a repeating cycle of diet – binge – diet – binge. Better to focus on regular healthy meals, and filling our lives with positive activities and interests to feed our minds and souls. Yes – easier said than done I know!
Many Best Wishes,
Matt
