Even for my age, I’m still dreaming of success in terms of career. Early in my life, I’ve always been a housewife. I have to say I’m successful to that. But, it’s a different story in terms of making money. I always leave that to my husband. He doesn’t want me to work and so did I follow.

After almost 30 years, I feel there is something missing in my life. I already lost some parts of myself that’s why I want to regain it back. The only way I can think of is to get a career of my own. But, becoming an employee is no longer possible. For sure, no one company would want to hire an old girl like me.

The best way is to put up a business. There are two options I’m considering; beauty salon or bakery. Bakery since I love breads, pastries and cakes. For those who know me it is easy to identify that. I also like salon because I love beautifying myself. Actually, I would save enough money if I have a salon of my own. But, before that I need to enroll in one of the beauty schools in town. It’s not like the high end Jacksonville Cosmetology School, but it is okay. I have no choice since there are only few schools that offer this service.

Speaking of Jacksonville Cosmetology School, it is part of the growing family of Regency Beauty Institute. Their campus mirror upscale salons and provide an exceptional education that benefits our students, the salon community, and the public. I think it would be great to take the course in one of their schools.
