Yesterday, I got so mad towards my fourth child. As always he raises my blood by being so immature, rascal, irresponsible, and spoiled. He even commented that “I should have not given birth to five children when I could not handle the entire chores at home.” All I want to do is oust him out of the house. For sure if no one is there to help him with his needs, he will learn to leave a fruitful life.

The whole scene leaves me gasping for air. Good thing my two older kids are on the rescue to calm me down. This is not going to be the last time that I will be in a bad circumstance. But, I’m a bit concern that I can no longer handle situation like that. That’s why I really need to lose weight fast.

With my current size, for sure diet and exercise would not work. I really need to get help, maybe from the best weight loss pills or even from surgery. It’s the only option I can see fitting for me. Hopefully, I’ll get the best that will help me trim down in no time.
