never been good in budgeting

I must admit I’m never good in budgeting. That’s why I always end up exhausting the money hubby remits. Well, I can’t blame myself. There are just too many bills and expenses that I need to deal with. Or I’m just convincing myself that is the reason.

Actually, I want to save much in order for me to buy gold coins. I’ve been very open about that for a long time. Why gold? Based on my readings, gold has been ranked among the most valuable commodities there is. Owning it is not the same as investing in other markets and it offers surprisingly flexible options.

With United States Gold Bureau you can purchase silver, gold or other precious metals and coins for immediate personal delivery or arrange for convenient and safe storage at an independent bank or depository. They can help you in navigating the ins and outs of the gold market. And, you will be provided with all the information needed to differentiate between the different values of gold.

Playing a vampire on the hottest vampire series on television right now, “True Blood,” does come with a high price for Kristin Bauer: she’s almost always hungry and working out. Stars often have to make personal sacrifices to make a character more believable, and Kristin knows that only too well, because she’s completely overhauled her lifestyle just recently. Ever since she joined the “True Blood” cast and, most important, ever since she went to the first wardrobe fitting, the star has been weighing a constant battle against the flab. This is not only about not gaining weight, she explains in a recent interview with People magazine, but rather about fitting the clothes on the show – and looking her best.

“The other day I realized as long as I’m in this business, I’m going to be hungry,” Kristin reveals to People when asked is she’s on any special diet for the hit series. She’s only half joking, she goes on to explain. Her first wardrobe fitting also represented the moment she realized that she need to really spice up her workout routine and cut down on certain foods on the daily menu. “During that first wardrobe fitting, I knew I would have my midriff showing. I thought, ‘I need to get serious’ and started going to ab classes more regularly,” she explains. At least, she’s not in it alone, since the entire cast goes through the same.

‘Light has illuminated the path of humanity’ – While Einstein was probably referring to one of his mind-blowing theories, lighting has also revolutionized the home. Before incandescent and fluorescent lighting, most activities stopped after dusk. Only royalty and the aristocrats had the money for torches, lamps, and candles. Yet nowadays, lighting is used for more than just being able to use the computer to buy dog food at 2 AM in your pajamas. Lighting has become a crucial pillar in the foundation of home decoration and design.

Outside lighting – lighting around your house not only brings an additional layer of security but also can complement your landscaping and outside decorations.

Lamps – lamps are not so much about the light but rather the decoration and style; make sure it matches the rest of your décor. However, a nice soft yellow light would be nice to set a mellow and cozy mood.

Room lights – lighting in your home is critical, not only for mundane things like checking your plummeting stock portfolio in the newspaper but also for illuminating the rest of your furniture. So to have great room lighting, have quality stand-up lights that can project across the entire room. For the lights installed in the ceiling, either buy new ones that match your décor or at the very least get quality light bulbs that complement your home and suit your lifestyle.

It never came to my mind to consider silver as an investment product even if I know it has a magnitude of purpose in many industries. Probably this has something to do with my notion that there is much silver supply in the world. So, learning that it is a good investment opportunity like that of gold coin and bullion hits me by surprise.

According to experts there may never be a better time for buying silver bullion than right now. World demand for silver now exceeds annual production, and has every year since 1990. Above ground stockpiles of silver bullion are low, shrinking rapidly and approaching zero. Plus, the U.S. government has become a silver buyer after the silver hoarding is gone. That is the reason many consider silver bars an outstanding investment opportunity.

As an investment product, silver is available in coin or ingot form. Ingots are generally silver ingots of pure bullion cast in a convenient size and shape. Coins have a currency value or they are actually defined as ingots. If interested, this metal can be bought at the United States Gold Bureau.

Among many home owners and contractors, granite is the countertop material considered the best choice. It’s easy care and cleaning make it extremely versatile, and its natural beauty is unmatched by manufactured materials. Granite is also extremely stain resistant and durable. It stands up to acids and other harsh elements commonly found in any ‘cooks’ kitchen. This means less upkeep and care are additional benefits to the kitchen owner.

And it’s gorgeous! The countless colors and patterns can make it difficult to choose just one. Many samples have large clear crystals that give a depth and texture unmatched. The color textures mix with the depth textures to make a canvas you can stare at all day long and constantly find new features.

Granite is so easy to clean, and annual sealing is a breeze. But there are some things to be considered when caring for your kitchen granite countertops. And these countertops are impervious to kitchen heat. Imagine taking a boiling-over pot of water from the stove to settle, and you place it on the Formica counter top – Oops, you could have discoloration or even a burn mark. Even if you’re more careful than that, other household members might not be.

Babies may not be able to establish their own sleeping and waking patterns. Surprisingly, not all babies know how to put themselves to sleep, or are able to go back to sleep if they are awakened in the night. When it is time for bed, many parents want to rock or breastfeed a baby to help him/her fall asleep. Establishing a routine such as this at bedtime is a good idea. However, be sure that your baby does not fall asleep in your arms. This may become a pattern and your baby may begin to expect to be in your arms in order to fall asleep. When your baby briefly awakens during a sleep cycle, he/she may not be able to go back to sleep on his/her own.

Babies who feel secure are better able to handle separations, especially at night. Cuddling and comforting your baby during the day can help him/her feel more secure. Other ways to help your baby learn to sleep include the following: (more…)
