Summer is fast approaching and I know that we are looking forward to wear those sexy bikinis in the beach. But do you have that fab abs? Here are some healthy advice for getting a stomach you can show off.

Drink moderately: Research has proven that men and women who binge-drink has the biggest bellies compared to those who drink moderately. Wine drinkers have the smallest waistline; hard liquor drinkers the biggest. So keep your cosmopolitan and martinis to a minimum or avoid them altogether.

Eat lean proteins: keep your appetite under control by eating whole-wheat grains. Lean protein is the best way to feel full thougrout the day, minimizing the urge to munch on unhealthy snacks. Turkey or chicken, tuna and soya products will help keep those excess calories from being stored in your bellies. Yoghurt and fruits are good for snacks.

Work out three times a week: aside from your every other day ab exercise, do a cardiovascular workouts like running, low-impact aerobics and kickboxing for just 30 minutes. Make sure that your entire body gets a good burn so that you ab muscle will show.

Invest in a pedometer: if you can’t seem to find time to go to a gym why not buy a pedometer to log 10,000 steps a day. Our body needs to walk at least these many steps a day to stay at a healthy weight. Studies shows that overweight people only walk an average of 4000 steps a day.

Flowers are already pretty as they are, but it wouldn’t hurt to jazz up a plain vase with something you might already have on hand: seashells (Finally! A use for those beach souvenirs.) First, lay out the shells on the table and decide which ones you want to use. Do you want to work with similar ones or experiment with your own pattern? Arrange the shells on the table according to how you want them on the vase. Use hot glue to permanently attach them to the vase. Now you’ve got a beach-inspired arrangement to brighten up any corner.

Girls circumcision or female genital mutilation ….This old fatal practice was given to Muslim girls and handed to the young generation until this modern day of computer. African, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Chad, Malaysia, Indonesia. Not every Muslim girl in this country are circumcise but source said there were estimated 130 million women has been circumcised averaging 6000 girls ages 6 to 8 years old, are having their operation daily. Females’ circumcision is described as an age-old Muslim ritual when it predates Islam. It is believe to be pre-Judaic. Study says Virgin Mary was circumcise (Briffault R76v3 324).Islamic tradition say it was practiced by Sarah on Hagar her daughter and afterward both Sarah and Abraham circumcised themselves by order of Allah. The operation process is by removing the labia minora and majora and the clitoris using dagger and acacia thorn to sew. As of now they use blade to remove the flesh and needle and thread to sew the wound. They only leave a matchstick-diameter opening in the girls vagina for their urine and menstruation flow. They don’t use anesthesia they only gave lots of liquids to the girl until the wound is healed. Lots of girls dies on the process some is due to loss of blood , others from infection those who survive has obstruct walking for life because of the massive keloid scarring. Waris Dirie author of the book (Desert Flower) had suffer a lot as a circumcised woman, menstruation is long agonizing process each month. She has to go to London to have her organ repair after meeting someone she loves. Although it was not restore to its shape at least her husband can penetrate into her without pain. Unlike the other who are still ignorant and poor when they get impatience husband their man will use knife to penetrate on their love making. Aja Tounkara Diallo Fatimato is a Guinean gynecologist was circumcised when she was eight she was not against it according to her but it was the damage and risk of life that she cared. Hawa Adan Mohamed a Somalian circumcised woman who study abroad and learned that not all Muslim girl are circumcise after she finished to study she return to Somalia and start her campaign against it,  that was early 70s,  in 1991 infibulations was declared illegal but after civil war broke, the illegalities was disbanded and in 1995 comes the resurging of the practice. To other Muslim mutilation of the genital part of these young girls is in the name of Allah or Jehovah to those who are educated its (al-gahiliyyah) era of ignorance. In Kenya the practice was totally ban in 2004.Campaigners urges more countries to ratify the Protocol on the Rights of Women in Africa adopted in2003. 14 countries in Africa banned the female circumcision. But in some villages where education is out of reach then the practice was still there. This inhuman treatment of women depriving them the pleasure of love making must be totally eradicated and the only way to do it is to give them education.
