Last year, I continually share my ideas and excitement over starting a business. But, things did not go as I planned given the initial capital my daughter entrusts to me. I miscalculated how much I will need. In the end, I found myself squeezing everything, but to no avail. As a result, I wasn’t able to start the business and I have to return the money to her. Lucky for me she did not ask for the amount that is already spent.

Even if that happen, I still have high hopes on having my own business. Something that will earn that I can call my own. This time I’m thinking about opening an online store that is selling fashion accessories after discovering a jewelry making supplies store. Unlike the first plan, I don’t need to rent a place to showcase my goods. Plus, I can stay in the house while doing business. Also, with the number of supplies I found I’m sure I won’t have to run out if ever. This is really something to think about. But, I hope they will agree again to my plan this time.

love shiny and sparkling diamonds

love shiny and sparkling diamondsI strongly believe that a girl’s best friend is diamonds. Okay I really don’t know if that holds true to all women. As for me, well I think it’s true. I love the shiny, sparkling effects of diamonds. But, I don’t know how to pick and choose the right one.

They said that there are guidelines that need to be followed before buying diamonds. I’ve learned the four Cs, as they’re called that are the cut, color, clarity and carat from Richmond Diamonds site I visited earlier. Of course, it is important to know these C’s as diamonds are an expensive item. It can be as costly as house and car.

After learning all the C’s of diamond, then is the only time to head out to Richmond Jewelry Store. Hmmm, shopping is the most exciting part. I can’t wait when this moment comes. Hopefully it will.

But, for now I’ll just have to let go of that. It’s too expensive and I can’t afford it. I’ll just settle looking around the Richmond Watch Store. A watch is a better choice to keep track of my time.

yepey luggage saleFeeling dizzy and sleepy pushed me to check my emails as early as now. But, that doesn’t take too long. So, I have to recourse my action to surfing the web because I don’t want an extended sleep. That takes me to the Eagle Creek luggage huge sale.

Luggage base offer huge sale of up to 85% discount from the bags they offer. The Eagle creek I am eyeing for a long time is now only $167.90 from the regular price of $300. Yepey!!! I love huge sale. However, I still can’t grab the opportunity because even how big the discount is, I can’t still afford to buy it now, probably in the future. Hopefully, this offer will continue. Hehehe!

  • Little Tips to Dress Yourself Slim

Little Tips to Dress Yourself SlimMoving towards your weight loss program you may start to notice your clothes don’t fit you in quite the same way anymore. Perhaps your pants are looser or your blouses are roomier, right? Well, whether it’s because you need a smaller size or because your wardrobe is ready for a pick me up. You can take a look at some of these clever ways you can dress yourself slim.

    • Geometry – never wear clothes with a fabric cut that exaggerates a problem area. Avoid horizontal stripes and designs. Horizontal lines make you appear wider than you actually are. If you like designs, go for the vertical stripes or no stripes at all.
    • Go Low – I’m not a huge fan of low rise pants because I find them a bit too restrictive for my activities, but fashion gurus swear by low rise pants. Low rise jeans somehow magically elongate your torso, making you appear longer and less bulky. Most styles today are low rise so they should be easy to find at almost any retailer. If the low rise jeans leave some of your skin exposed, carefully select a blouse with a flattering cut of fabric, one that won’t cling to any problem areas.
    • Style Shop – hairstylist will swear to you that to appear smaller you should keep your hair out of your face. Now, you definitely have your own favorite style, so I won’t advise for or against long hair, short hair, and purple hair. One cool thing that some salons offer to their clientele is a sneak peek computer generated program. You can see a handful of different hair styles before committing to a new look. Find a salon that will let you test out some new hairstyles to compliment the new you.

  • my shopping mistake

I already mentioned that my daughter me some shops me around as her birthday present. Well, that doesn’t surprise me because she always does that every year. What surprised me are the prices of my clothes.

At that time I am choosing some clothes that I liked. As I looked the tag, okay I said to myself because it’s cheap. I then asked the sales lady to give me a 2XL size. And it fits me well. I am happy to find clothes that I really like in such a short time. The thing is when we got to the counter and the girl swipes the tag to the barcode scanner; I am surprised to see a different amount. It is much expensive than what I thought it would be. I asked the girl why and called the attention of the sales personnel. She explained that as the size increases, the amount also increases.

Hmmm, is that it? Probably yes because the manufacturer uses more cloth in 2XL than that of medium. Well, I can’t do anything about that. I am just concern I did not look at the tag before we hit the counter. Good thing my girl have enough money to still continue the transaction.

How to search plus size clothingConsidering those woman of slightly larger build, it can be frustrating to find clothing that fulfills needs. Plus size clothing sections in department stores and malls are often small. Additionally, clothing stores catering to “big and tall” men are more readily available than those that provide offerings for similarly described women. However, there are remedies to these problems.

A lot of women find that shopping for plus size clothing is a much more enjoyable experience online. Many fine companies offer plus size outfits and separates on their web sites, allowing women to shop in the comfort of their homes. Additionally, some stores offer shipping to a local outlet so that women can try the clothing on. They also provide a low cost way to purchase plus size clothing. Many department stores, including high-end stores, charge extra for this type of clothing. Discount sites offer low prices for good quality clothing. Most clothing has high mark-up, so discount sites take a lower mark up. They get a profit and women can find reasonably priced plus size clothing.

In addition, catalogs also provide an excellent shopping outlet. Some companies that specialize in plus size clothing (like Lane Bryant) put out monthly or quarterly catalogs. This not only allows women to shop with ease, but find a particular item again by ordering it from a previous catalog. Some of these companies do have local stores, and this can be a great help for plus size women who prefer to try their clothing on before buying. But once a desirable piece is found, it is very easy to order variations of the style by noting its catalog number.
