My Fried Rice

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked rice

1 tbsp garlic crushed

3 tbsp cooking oil

125 grams cheese shredded

4pieces hotdogs sliced (medium size)

125 grams ground pork or beef

1 piece onion

3 pieces hard boiled egg sliced

1 leek cut into small pieces

Dash of pepper powdered and salt to taste

3 tablespoon of cooked green peas

Procedure:

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, put onion and garlic stir in until onion becomes transparent, add in ground meat and cover let it stand for five minutes, add in hot dog and add rice keep on stirring so it won’t stick on the pan, add the green peas, then add egg and cheese sprinkle salt and pepper and add the leek on top, bingo you got a nutritious breakfast for the family. You can try this at home satisfaction guaranteed.

These are Tambis fruits native here in the Philippine, and grow here in our front yard.Tambis is good to eat when dip in rock salt. It is refreshing because it is watery and sweet.These are very enticing because it has beautiful color. I really love to eat the fruit because its pink color really attract me.When you come to my house try some and you will agree with me.
