Beautiful breast tips

Sunday
Mar 9,2008

Hey guys while reading a magazine I found these 3 easy strategies to keep our breast look gorgeous.

Don’t smoke. Cigarette smoke can dry out the skin breaking down the collagen that keeps your dermis glowing. Eventually, you may develop wrinkles as well as red spots triggered by broken blood vessels.

Stay out of the sun. The skin of your décolletage is as sensitive as that of your face, and limited exposure (just 15 minutes if you’re fair skinned) can cause brown spots, premature wrinkling, and DNA damage that may lead to skin cancer. Protect yourself by wearing sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 whenever you go outdoors. Slather it on even if you’re wearing a light colored tee shirt or tank, because the fabric is usually thin enough for UV rays to penetrate.

Keep them moisturized. This is especially important in cold weather, when the air has little humidity and skin is prone to dryness. After a shower and again before to be, apply fragrance-free lotion to keep skin hydrated.

  • daily detoxification

    1. Take lots of water. 8 glasses or more of water help flush out the toxins and replenishes your body.
    2. Take your daily dose of vitamin C. It helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.
    3. Pass on the junk. Fatty foods bring in toxins that pollute your body. Cutting down, then eventually giving them up, will rid you of these unwanted components.
    4. Stop the habit. Give up alcohol, caffeine, and smoking. These will help clear your system of harmful elements.
    5. Brush your skin. Use a dry brush to stimulate your skin and help your body detoxify and relax as well. These can also be done through a detox foot bath.
    6. Sweat it out. Engaging in daily exercise or yoga will get your heart pumping and make your sweat. So, will sitting in a sauna. Your pores will release the toxins.
    7. Take a deep breath. Breathing deeply expands your lungs and allows more oxygen to circulate through your other organs, helping them to function better.
    8. Take in plenty of fiber. Fiber acts as a brush that sweeps away the toxins. Brown rice, oatmeal, cabbage, broccoli, pineapple, and seaweed are among the foods that are excellent sources of fiber.

  • create perfect eye brow

Before you pluck or tweeze, begin by mapping where the brow line should be.

    1. Looking straight into mirror, place a pencil vertically along the bone on the left side of your nose; with tweezers, pluck anything that lies to the right of the pencil. Repeat on the right side, removing hairs that lie to the left of the pencil. The space between the brows should be equal to, or a little smaller than, the width of your eye.
    2. Next place the pencil directly along the outer corner of your pupil. Where the pencil meets the brows is where the arch should be – ideally three-quarters along the brow.
    3. To determine length, place the pencil diagonally from bottom of nose toward temple. This is where brow should end. Trim long hairs with scissors; groom with brush.

  • Beat the Blow-Dry Blues

Tired of blow-dries that stress your strands and make you want to pull your hair out? Here are some do-it-right tips:

    • Prep your tresses: Drying sopping-wet hair can cause breakage. Instead, first pat gently with a towel until dump, not dripping. Next, shield hair and lock in luster with a product containing strand strengtheners, such as vitamin B (aka panthenol) or soy protein.
    • Protect your ‘do from damage: Skip superhigh heat; only go as hot as you can take on the back of your hand for five seconds. For va-va-voom volume, hold hair at the angle in which it grows: top sections up, side sections out, etc. Move downward from roots to steal in shine and calm flyaways.
    • Make your style stick: When strands feel almost dry, start styling. Wrap hair around your tress tool and hit with high heat for 30 seconds, then blast with cold air to lock shape in place.

  • after meal dont’s

-Don’t smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette
after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is
    higher).

-Don’t eat fruits immediately – Immediately eating fruits after meals
will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr
after meal or 1hr before meal.

-Don’t drink tea – Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid.
This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be
    hardened thus difficult to digest.

-Don’t loosen your belt – Loosening the belt after a meal will easily
cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

-Don’t bathe – Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the
hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will
therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

-Don’t walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred
steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking
will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from
    the food we intake.

-Don’t sleep immediately – The food we intake will not be able to
digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

  • Pampering your feet!!!

    Monday

Tips on how to pamper our feet, after all we’re on them all day..

    1. See a pro twice a month:

After all the walking, the best way to thank our feet is have them pedicure by a processional with an intensive cleaning session and a foot scrub. So grab a call and schedule for that appointment.

    2. Sock treatment:

After washing your feet before going to bed, slather on some petroleum jelly or a rich lotion, and then cover it with soft socks. The warmth will help the moisture penetrate the skin and surely you will wake up with soft and happy toes in the morning.

    3. Let them breath:

Just like any parts of our body our toes also need fresh air. Constantly keeping them scrunched up in high heels will encourage corns and calluses which is not very appealing. Rest your feet by wearing open toe or flat shoes throughout most of the week, and reserve heels for special days.
