After so many years, my dream to tour the country still lives on. It’s been a lifelong dream that is yet to be fulfilled. There is no one to blame for not making it a reality when I was young, but there is no point in crying over a spilled milk. The only choice left for me is to work hard for it now. Like they say, it’s better be late than never.

Sure enough it’s better to travel with vehicles. But, it is more efficient and enjoyable with the use of RV since they are designed for that purpose. This topic came to my mind after reading about rv repair service plan of Good Sam. I’ve been bumping into this topic so often that it motivates me to plan to invest in recreational vehicles. But, I’m certain it will not happen if I won’t hit the lottery jackpot.

Oh well, I’m sure I can at least travel some parts of the country now that my finances aren’t that tight anymore. I’ll give you updates once that happen.

It’s a constant endeavor to try to keep kids busy and interested in daily activities. Nurturing play such as jigsaw puzzles, scavenger-treasure hunt games, camping, healthy cooking, educational toys, or kids crafts are a great way to spur their imagination, keep them busy and interested in a specific task and help them learn great skills and family values.

Family camping trips are excellent opportunities to spend together as a family. You learn how to work together as you forget all the cares of your everyday life and at the same time discover Mother Nature’s beauties. You won’t have all the luxuries of home, but camping provides unique lifelong experiences that you don’t find at home, such as; No showers except for an occasional bath in the nearby stream. Hikes to discover wild animals, flowers and tall meadow grass. Gathering firewood for the campfire to roast hotdogs or marshmallows, bake campfire pies or Smores and Cooking in or on the fire, a brown paper sack, or on a propane stove.

The kitchen is a great place to communicate and re-connect with your child as you prepare meals and snacks. Reading recipes and measuring ingredients teaches math concepts in a hand on fun environment. This is a perfect opportunity to find out what’s going on in your child’s life while spending quality time together.

We want to give our children the best to help them learn and grow. Educational toys and kids crafts are a great way to accomplish this goal while both you and your children have fun. Educational toys and crafts come in many different forms and will vary according to your child’s needs, age, and preferences.

Sprinkling a combination of these nurturing play activities throughout your child’s daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule are proven and time-tested to produce happy, healthy, confident children in a securely rooted family. What better way to spend a childhood than with parents who care, support and love unconditionally… all through the power of play!

At first I was hesitant to let him go because of the bad grades he is getting. Actually, he only had three passing subjects for the prelim. Then, midterm is going to end soon. I just hope he makes it this time.

Well, we made a deal that if he does well and pass his entire subject for this semester I’ll let him join the semestral break hiking this October. I could see sparks in his eyes when I say that. It’s quite a deal, but if that is the only motivation he needs, I will give in.

To show that I’m supporting him, I already shop around for hiking backpacks. Of course, he really needs a backpack to place all his stuff. He can’t go to the mountains empty-handed. I will try to provide all the things he will need in order for him to feel at ease that I’m serious about my words. Hopefully, he will also try to be serious with his words.

Not many children or teens nowadays travel to the countryside during weekends, or in summer vacations, preferring to remain in the cities with their friends. Parents also share some of the responsibilities, in the sense that stressful jobs and overloaded work schedules do not allow them more time to spend with their families. However, investigators believe that these factors should not always deter families from taking small trips to the countryside whenever possible, AlphaGalileo reports.

Debbie Pearlman Hougie of University of Hertfordshire Rural Geography believes that parents should not let the comfort of modern life interfere with children’s chances of getting to know their surroundings. Her idea is not a new one, taking children out of cities could also contribute to their health, and also their awareness on several issues, such as biodiversity and climate change. Many other researchers believe that seeing the countryside allows children to relate to efforts of saving our planet, which are currently being promoted by international authorities.

Also, she says that this population segment is prevented from going out and experiencing something else by two main things – the parent’s inability to negotiate the countryside, and their fears of their children’s safety in this environment, as well as the pull of the computer monitor. The Internet, with its games, instant chat programs and social networks, exerts arguably the most important influence on children today. The expert says that her study looked at 53 children, aged 5 to 10, from Hertordshire. She also conducted focus group with the parents.

My eldest child mentioned in one of her blog post that she will give me a vacation for my birthday. Okay, one month has passed since my birthday and I haven’t received her vacation gift. Sigh! I am still hoping that she will give me that gift. It is fine even if her gift is late if she booked me in one of north myrtle beach hotels. That is a big thing of course.

For now, I’ll just consider her words a joke. If I continue to wait for it, I’ll get frustrated. I’d better stop thinking and waiting. If it doesn’t happen it’s fine, if it does happen, then it’s much better.

I’m pretty old that is why I want to enjoy things that I haven’t experienced yet like a luxurious family vacation perhaps.

It would be bad of me to say I haven’t been to a family vacation. My children will be mad at me if I say that. But, I want a grand all-inclusive escapade with my entire family.

I have been reading a lot about the Karisma hotels on the secluded white-sand beaches of the Mexican Riviera Maya. They offer Gourmet-Inclusive concept, designed especially for foodies. Each of their resort offers an elite level of service, luxurious accommodations, invigorating entertainment and the classy snap-to service that responds to discerning travelers’ requests. That is really interesting. I just wish I will win the lottery.

I have been searching the perfect beach to spend during this hot season. Although I don’t have plans, it’s a good thing to know some information. I never know when they say that we will go to the beach. As I do some blog thing, I do little diversion by looking at different rentals including those of Outer Banks rentals. I always dream and interested about the place as I read several good stuff about it. It’s never difficult to look for interesting stuff and its information with the help of the internet. Well, then I still have to check on other stuff like my emails, perhaps.

Here are some benefits of doing this. Lower energy lodging, help decrease the $3.7 billion per year the hospitality industry spends on energy. You can also have healthier maid service. Some hotels use green cleaning supplies that minimize workers’ exposure to toxic chemicals. Lastly, more than just free shampoo, progressive hotels support habitat conservation programs and donate partially used soap and shampoo to people who can use it.

Setting your next vacation in the west country of England is great adventure because of the uniqueness of each county like being in Devon.

Cornwall has this yearly “Obby Oss” festival, this is fertility rite held at Padstow. Anybody can take their chance to procreate by joining the festival who knows you will get pregnant after. Isn’t it very exciting?

My friend is a secretary to man who runs an export business. She works as a Friday girl since her boss is a little strict in the office but, she likes her work so much because her boss is no other than her own Dad. Besides she is being trained to be her dad successor.

Last month her dad was in Italy in Naples city where some of his product go. It is a couple of weeks business trip. It was his dad’s second time in Naples but, he stays at one of the prestigious Naples Hotels. He is always as exciting as the first time. Father said the hotel is a three star hotel with almost the same as five-star accommodation, he boastfully says in the phone.

But her father did not go home directly from Italy because he had to visit the other daughter in Spain, who is living in Barcelona as a singer. He cannot stay with his daughter since the place was meant for employees alone. So, he had to check-in at one of the Barcelona Hotels. This time he took the expensive accommodation and occupied a huge and luxurious room.

We are just looking at the pictures he took, at the hotel rooms and the places he had been while on the trip. Both me and hubby breathed deeply and in unison we exclaimed to make our own trip soon. But, in a different place maybe like Rome. I can’t wait to see those amazing Rome Hotels. I’m sure it will be awesome!
