my weight loss process struggle

my weight loss process struggleFor those who know me, they knew that I am struggling to get off my weight for ages. And, last Saturday I started cutting down my food intake after my ankle disturbs my supposedly happy life. I also drink lots of green tea as I’ve heard it is a good appetite suppressant and speeds up metabolism. Well, I thought I will be able to do this until such time I will find the best weight loss products. I think I’m wrong about that.

I’m supposed to be happy because finally there is something I can do with my weight. But, I am not. In fact, I am very sad because I am starving myself especially if my husband cooks good food. If not for my ailing ankle I would opt to stop this as I am beginning to feel depressed.

You Are the Gentle One in Your Family

You find it easy to get along with your family, even if they are being difficult or annoying. You play the role of peacemaker.

You’ve been able to accept your family as they are, and you are quick to forgive and forget any fight. You are supportive and compassionate. You’re the person that can be counted on most in a family crisis.

Even though you do put on a brave face, it stresses you out when your family fights… especially if someone is fighting with you.

I was telling my daughter that she should start preparing herself if she wants to get a master’s degree. She used to say she wants it when she was in college; adding that if she’s given a chance she wants to take up the course in the US. Five years have passed since her graduation, but she’s not yet prepared. Ow well, there is a little thing I can do if she decides not to. I was just reminded by the idea after I came across GMAT in the web.

What exactly is GMAT? This is for those not familiar with it.

The Graduate Management Admission Test or GMAT for short is a standardized assessment, delivered in English, which helps business schools assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. The exam measures basic verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills that you have developed in your education and work. Business schools use the rest as one predictor of academic performance in an MBA program or in other graduate management programs. Test takers start preparing about 3 to 6 months before the actual test date. They can either choose self study, one-on-one tutoring, study groups, and GMAT prep courses.

As for prep courses, live classroom settings can help students learn difficult concepts by getting different perspective. And students become highly motivated to pass the exam to get their money’s worth from the amount paid for the course. Also, there is no fuzz in terms of materials to be used as all of those are provided.

tired of my weight

tired of my weightI’m tired bearing my aching ankle pain for at least a week now. My daughter is telling me to visit a doctor to have it checked. But, I refused for some reason that I don’t want to divulge. It’s true that I don’t know the cause of this pain. However, I’m suspecting that it is my weight that cost so much trouble.

Ow well, I guess I’ll continue to knock down my weight a little more. Despite the fact that I am already struggling so hard to keep it off, it feels like its not working. I just wish that shedding weight is as easy as gaining. Sadly it’s not. And for my age, it would be too impossible without a little help from products.

That’s why I’m trying to get the right information on the products I used. For now, I am looking into the ephedra weight loss product. I’ve read in a review once that it offers positive benefit to its users. However, I’ve also bump across the negative side of it. So, to make a conclusion I have to dig more information before purchasing one for myself.

ancient kind of Valentine

ancient kind of ValentineOftentimes, when we think Valentine’s Day, we most likely imagine small cards that convey the warmest feelings of love, focused on the positive aspects of this strong human emotion. But historians argue that people living in Ancient Rome were not as likely to focus on the same aspects. Conversely, they were highly likely to bring out the negative, painful aspects of love in the letters they sent to their loved ones, LiveScience reports. There was no Valentine’s Day in the sense we understand it today, but men sent love letters to women, usually married, as well as to other men, on occasions.

Flattery and gratitude were among the last feelings on Roman men’s minds when it came to things they thought about writing in their letters. Most of these writings argued that love is an emotion that makes the writer “see double,” and swells up his tongue. They also called love a plague. These differences are caused by the way in which modern and ancient people looked at love. In Ancient Rome, men or women were rarely expected to love their spouses. Experts believe that the change in the perception of love our society experiences today may have more to do with the way women are looked at, and integrated.

doing my son's research assignmentsWhen my youngest asked me to help him with his research assignments, I didn’t hesitate to do so. I even do some of it all by myself. I know it’s bad for him because he will not learn a thing. But, I feel that it is too much burden knowing that he has a lot of things in his schedule other than doing those research.

Ow well, every time I searched the web I also try to search for some interest facts that I can put into my blog. My latest discovery is the news about the Gold exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that will soon hit the Thailand stock market. Why would be interested in gold anyway? Ow well, I’ve said it before that it is time to buy gold bullion. But, that seems to be a difficult thing to do. So, I decided to collect more information.

Anyway, the announcement follows the recent launch of new ETFs from ETF securities, a global ETF issuer. They recently launched: Securities Physical Platinum Shares (PPLT) and Physical Palladium Shares (PALL). The expansion of ETFs has had many traders asking are gold ETFs are taking over the gold money market. Gold ETFs have managed to claim a niche in today’s market, but gold bullion is likely to remain the favorite.
