high tech cigarette discoverySince my son’s Christmas party is soon coming, he is on the serious lookout for a gift. They already selected their recipient. Unfortunately, he picked he picked his boss. Of course, he will give the best gift he could find.

I think I already mentioned somewhere in my post, which I can’t remember that he opt for some cigars. But, he feels it is too pricey for a consumable product. He must find something that will last for a long time. Even if he did not ask me, I helped him find that a cigarette brand that is not too costly. His boss is a smoker, giving him that will make him happy.

What do you know? I found an e cigarette! I never thought there is something like this. From definition, an electronic cigarette, otherwise known as a personal vaporizer, is a battery-powered device that provides inhaled doses of nicotine by way of a vaporized solution. And most of it is reusable devices with replaceable and refillable parts.

Hmmm, quite interesting! I can’t wait to tell my son about it. Hehehe!

  • great help for my son

My son is now looking for a new company. It’s not that he doesn’t like his current employer, but he heard about the huge benefits the other company offers to their employees. The company is actually considered the biggest bank in the country. And, they got the most impressive salary package for employees. That is why my son is attracted and tried his luck.

He submitted his resume personally to the regional HR head, but she immediately turned him down in that same moment. She said that my son doesn’t qualify to become their employee because he is a biology graduate and he doesn’t have any accounting subjects. Well, it is understandable. But, she told him that he will give him a chance the next time he will submit his resume granting he takes at least 20 or more units of accounting subjects.

My son then inquire to schools if they can help him take accounting subjects. Sad to say they refuse because they only offer regular subjects for regular students. If that is the case he will have to spend another four years in school since most of his subjects don’t match the subject line up for accountancy course.

conserving water during dishwashingHow many gallons of water do you take to wash your plate? Well, I’m sure many more than you might think if you let the water run while you are washing dishes. Many faucets use as much as 3-5 gallons per minute. Conserving water during this daily chore could save hundreds of gallons a month. Why don’t you try the following:

    • Fill the sink with soapy water instead of washing dishes with the water running.
    • Use smaller amounts of detergent so less water is needed for rinsing – you just need to have bubbles to cover the surface of the water – not enough to make a bubble beard.
    • You may let your dishes air dry in a rack. There are a lot of cool, durable designer dish racks that you can use.

Doing this will give you these benefits: You can preserve natural resources. The average water usage is between 80 and 100 gallons of water a day while two-thirds of the people in the world uses less than 13 gal/day. You can also save money on water and water heating utility bills. Install a faucet aerator in your kitchen and bathroom faucets and you could save 13% on your water bill. And, this will reduce pollution. Conserving water helps prevent municipal sewer systems from overflowing and pouring untreated sewage into lakes and rivers. So, think about it now!

  • my tired day

    Thursday
    Nov 19,2009

I’ve been very tired today doing all the laundry, cleaning the house and so much more. All I want to do is lie down and take a sleep. But, that won’t be possible until nighttime. Good thing my kids are here to cheer me up. They have been joking around about buying a car piece by piece. They said it is better to buy some auto accessories one by one and then assemble it after. Hahaha! Kids are kids.

They don’t know what they are talking about. But, it puts a smile in my face, which is good. It eases the tiredness I feel. They added that they will build a house little by little. And the conversation just got anywhere. I’m just happy to have my kids around.

  • I am bored

    Saturday
    Nov 14,2009

Sigh! I have been bored for the past few days. It’s not my type to daydream. Whenever I’m bored, I’d rather go to sleep or look for household chores to do. However, there are times I don’t like to do both. And the web is my sweet escape. It is through here I get to see places and read some information just like the information about Cancun Luxury Resort of Karisma especially the Azul Blue Hotel and Spa.

It is considered the world’s first stress-free hotel. According to the write ups, guests won’t remember the meaning of stress and tension. This is what I really need right now, a vacation that I can truly relax from my daily life. But, that won’t be possible because I don’t have the right financial capacity. And the thing is, Azul Blue is a luxury hotel which does not fit me. I guess I’ll just have to sleep this boredom.

  • Little Tips to Dress Yourself Slim

Little Tips to Dress Yourself SlimMoving towards your weight loss program you may start to notice your clothes don’t fit you in quite the same way anymore. Perhaps your pants are looser or your blouses are roomier, right? Well, whether it’s because you need a smaller size or because your wardrobe is ready for a pick me up. You can take a look at some of these clever ways you can dress yourself slim.

    • Geometry – never wear clothes with a fabric cut that exaggerates a problem area. Avoid horizontal stripes and designs. Horizontal lines make you appear wider than you actually are. If you like designs, go for the vertical stripes or no stripes at all.
    • Go Low – I’m not a huge fan of low rise pants because I find them a bit too restrictive for my activities, but fashion gurus swear by low rise pants. Low rise jeans somehow magically elongate your torso, making you appear longer and less bulky. Most styles today are low rise so they should be easy to find at almost any retailer. If the low rise jeans leave some of your skin exposed, carefully select a blouse with a flattering cut of fabric, one that won’t cling to any problem areas.
    • Style Shop – hairstylist will swear to you that to appear smaller you should keep your hair out of your face. Now, you definitely have your own favorite style, so I won’t advise for or against long hair, short hair, and purple hair. One cool thing that some salons offer to their clientele is a sneak peek computer generated program. You can see a handful of different hair styles before committing to a new look. Find a salon that will let you test out some new hairstyles to compliment the new you.
