Father confirm Lindsay Lohan is Addicted

Father confirm Lindsay Lohan is AddictedEnding the months of speculation about whether Lindsay Lohan’s drastic weight loss was due to an addiction either to alcohol or drugs, her own father Michael Lohan, tells Radar Online that his daughter is hooked on prescription pills. Michael also claims he’s speaking out now to the media because he feels an intervention must be staged for Lindsay, before she ends up like Heath Ledger, Michael Jackson, or DJ AM.

His daughter is no longer the person he knew while he was still married to his now-ex wife Dina Lohan, Michael reveals. Lindsay is abusing prescription drugs and they are not allowing her to be herself, slowly killing her personality and, at the same time, her career. The many “enablers” she has surrounded herself with in recent years don’t want him to help Lindsay, he further says, which is why he chose to make the addiction public in the media.

According to him, the addiction to pills is also the reason why Lindsay can’t get a proper acting job right now, because it obviously interferes with her acting. Lindsay is extremely talented, but she’s so heavily medicated these days, that she’s hardly able to be herself, let alone play a character for a movie, Michael dishes out. This is why he has made the decision to pull all the stops and save her from certain death – because that’s where Lindsay must be heading, her father says.

  • excited to get giveaways

I am excited to get giveaways from different stores this Christmas. Actually, I love receiving goodies or tokens whatever time of the year. The feeling of receiving something, even the simplest thing is good. It’s not that I can’t buy it, I just like it.

Giving away corporate giveaways is a good way for companies to advertise, even though their customers perceived it is a gift. Last year, my son received a Corporate usb drive from a computer store where he bought a mouse. He felt as if the store loves him a lot and returned the favor by becoming a regular customer. That is the first store he considers if he needs anything in line with computer. From that cutie USB with their company logo and name enables them to gain a loyal customer that is my son.

interesting book in photographyI have been hearing a lot of things about gold coins as investment products. There are lots of websites and blogger sites that tackle about this. From reading several articles, I came to understand the value of investing in this unique item.

There are also people who love to collect these coins not as investment, but as passion. However, seldom do I hear about collecting photograph coins. But, as I investigate further about the subject matter I came to realize that I am already left behind. The truth is, there is already a book in the market that teaches photograph collector the proper way to take coin pictures.

The book is called Numismatic Photography published by Zyrus Press and authored by Mark Goodman. It teaches the reader in an easy-to-read and visually rich guidebook format on how to image quality photos of coins with your digital camera. Whether the collector is using a digital camera for the first time or you already have experience in other fields of photography, Goodman addresses typical problems faced by the photographer, recommends ways of improvements and offers specific tips and techniques for raw and slabbed coins. Lavender herb and essential oilAre you having hard to take a deep breath with artificially freshened air? Well, you can use a natural air freshener and avoid fogging up the air with synthetic chemicals.  Conventional plug-in or aerosol air fresheners use chemicals that not only harm the environment, but might also mix with atmospheric ozone to increase your risk of asthma and other diseases. Why don’t you consider some of these:

    • Orange Mate – contains pure natural citrus oils in a recyclable aluminium pump bottle ($7.99/7 oz.).
    • Citrus Magic – a natural air-freshener that boasts lasting 4 times longer than regular fresheners ($9.95/7 oz.).
    • Ecco Bella Botanicals – 100% natural air fresheners.  Try the lavender scent to get into Zen mode ($8.95/7 oz.).

Here are some benefits of having these. Natural air-fresheners use essential oils rather than synthetic perfumes, formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOC) used by conventional sprays. Exposure to VOC’s can irritate nose and throat, and has even been linked to cancer. Most natural air-fresheners also come in recyclable packaging with non-aerosol pumps, reducing fluorocarbons that destroy the ozone layer. The best thing is, this will reduce the indoor air-pollution levels in your home. It is found out that the indoor air is to be 2-5 times more polluted than the air outside, so every little bit helps.

    redecorating the house

window treatmentThe house needs a few rearranging and new decorations. It’s time to toss the old curtains and other unusable stuff. It’s been years, I think since my last a general cleaning. What I mean is getting the useless stuff and adding newer useful ones.

The first thing to replace is the curtains. It already looked yucky and dilapidated, which means time to retire them all. My task now is to scout for new designs and colors that will fit our windows. I found beautiful curtains Richmond, VA a few minutes ago. And, it looks so good.

Of course since I am continents away I don’t have the capacity to make the curtains mine. I’ll just get ideas probably. As for the colors, I think I’ll like pink or yellow. But, it is still too early to tell because I am waiting for the Christmas sale before purchasing. Whatever is available that is on sale ,then I have to settle for those as long as it will fit my window. Hehehe!

  • regrets and worry

With so many typhoons coming in and out of the country, devastating places and leaving people with no homes and even take their livelihood and worse their lives, is really sad. I feel so blessed that we haven’t had any typhoon experience here in Davao. Another thing I am thankful is that my daughter is already back. She used to live in the affected areas in Manila before typhoon Ondoy rage.

Last year, when she is still there I feel so terribly worried when a storm signal hits. How much more if she is still there during typhoon Ondoy? I think I will have a heart attack knowing my daughter is in danger.

I am so glad that she’s not because I’m not just going to worry with it, I also have to worry about my health. I am not that healthy anymore due to old age, plus I don’t have any health insurance like that of bcbsnc. It’s one of my regrets, not having any health insurance or any kind of insurance. And, I no longer qualify to get one now.
